Gabriel Lapierre
Engineer and investor since 2019, based in Bali since 2023, I apply the same rigor in Bali as I would in France.
Living on site, I discovered a particularly favorable framework for investing as a foreigner. I spent months studying the rules and meeting hundreds of real estate professionals, before building a solid and reliable project team.
I'm the kind of person who reads the fine print and weighs several scenarios before deciding. In Bali, I applied the same standard.
Very quickly, our circle of investors wanted in. We launched a first project of 9 villas, now rented out. Since then, 19 more villas have been built. That's how Sora Immobilier was born, with the same rigor at every step.
Today, I oversee every project from launch to delivery: construction, site follow-up and support for investors.

Nitham Lapierre
An engineer by training, I started my career at Bouygues, in construction. I learned there that a good project is decided before the first shovel even hits the ground.
At SORA, that's my role: preparing the future. I identify new opportunities, study land and markets, and build each project through its early stage, until it's ready to launch.
I also manage our relationships with local partners, so that every new project stands on foundations as solid as the ones before it.
